Kate I totally understand how it feels to struggle and stay on track as I still run into problems now even though I am close to my final goal weight. I appreciate your kind words, I really want to show people that weight loss can be achieved but be truthful in that it is not easy and we all have to work hard at it. Lately I feel like the meetings have been all about me, me, me. I want everyone in our meeting to know that I am inspired by everyone of you every Saturday. Going to the meetings has kept me sane and allowed me to get where I am currently. I won’t be there for the next two weeks because of weekend plans but I will be back soon to see everyone! Good luck with staying on plan!

    Hi Tess,
I just want to tell you what an inspiration you are to those of us out here trying to do what you have done. I, like you, have been overweight (obese) my entire life at age 3 I weighed 73 lbs. so I totally relate to you. I was truely blessed when I showed up at the Sat. morning WW meeting you go to & heard you speak – we are kindred spirits. I cried along with you as you met goal & keep going. Keep on & thanks for being there for us to listen to your great ideas & suggestions. Keep them coming. God bless.

Thank you so much for your kind words! It really helps when you have people to relate to and that is why I continue to go to the meetings as much as possible. I love hearing everyone’s stories and personal journeys and how inspirational everyone is!
